These terms of service govern your use of our delivery services, social media handles and other related applications (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms of service, so please read them carefully.

2. Use of our Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service. You agree not to use our Services:

– In any way that violates any applicable Local, Regional or international law or regulation.

3. Ordering Services

To order our Services, you must provide us with accurate and complete information regarding the delivery or dispatch order, including the pickup location, delivery location, parcel size and weight, and any other relevant details. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of this information before placing an order.

4. Payment

Payment for our Services must be made in full at the time of confirming the order. We currently accept payment by MTN money and Orange Money. All payments are final, and there are no refunds once an order has been processed.

5. Delivery Times and Schedules

We will use our best efforts to deliver or dispatch your order within the timeframe selected at the time of ordering. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, inclement weather, or road closures. We will not be liable for any damages, costs or losses arising from any such delays.

6. Delivery and Dispatch

We will deliver or dispatch your order to the location specified in your order, subject to any additional instructions you provide us. You must provide safe and secure access to the pickup and delivery locations, and ensure that someone is present to accept delivery or dispatch of your parcel.

7. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the provision of our Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included as part of our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our Vitesse delivery Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach these terms of service.

10. General

These terms of service, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and our business with respect to the use of our Services. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of service shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.
